Progres Gedung Kemenko 3 IKN Capai 80 Percent, Target Rampung Sebelum Agustus 2024

JAKARTA - PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk (WSKT) is working on the IKN Coordinating Ministry Building, which is currently almost 80 percent progress. This has shown significant development progress.

SVP Corporate Secretary of the Company Ermy Puspa Yunita said the Kemenko 3 office building consists of 4 buildings and will be used as the office of the Coordinating Ministry for Politics, Law and Human Rights (Polhukam).

"The company targets the construction of the Coordinating Ministry for 3 offices and all infrastructure developments in the Central Government Core Area (KIPP) to be completed before August 2024 physically by building," he said in a written statement, quoted Thursday, June 6.

Ermy added that Waskita is committed to supporting the government's plan to accommodate the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in the first phase as many as 12,000 people in August.

"The company also succeeded in the government's plan to carry out a ceremony to commemorate the 79th Anniversary of the proclamation of independence of the Republic of Indonesia at IKN," he said.

The project team has accelerated the development by implementing a number of innovations to achieve the target to achieve it. By carrying out the concept of the Future Smart Forest City of Indonesia, IKN development pays great attention to environmental aspects for the sustainability of the natural ecosystem.

The Office of the Coordinating Ministry for 3 also carries the concept of green building and a project team innovating green construction in its construction.

In addition, the project team also implemented a 7D BIM which relies on sending and reviewing data through the cloud.

Thus, the project activity process can be recorded and stored properly and can also be accessed in real time anytime and anywhere.

In other innovations technically, the project team lowered building elevations as deep as 1.5 meters (m) for the efficiency of pile volume, landscape arrangement that utilizes soil contours, utilizes water sources from piperians located in the Kemenko 3 area as working and clean water as well as eliminating plate iron recurrence on the floor.

So that it can reduce unnecessary design costs.

According to Ermy, Waskita is committed to the sustainability and rescue of the environment and natural ecosystem by consistently encouraging the development of green construction during construction.
