JAKARTA - Minister of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) Basuki Hadimuljono encouraged the acceleration of the Net Zero Water Supply Infrastructure Project project in the capital city of Nusantara, while attending a bilateral meeting with South Korea.

"Currently, the Ministry of PUPR has built a SPAM project with a capacity of 300 liters per second at IKN. The SPAM will soon operate in July 2024. However, we still need the support of the Korean Government to accelerate the collaboration of other SPAM development at IKN this year," Basuki said when meeting with the Deputy Minister of Water Management Policy of the Ministry of South Korea Jae-Heyon Park in Badung, Bali, quoted from Antara, Monday, May 20.

"The Indonesian government also expresses its gratitude for other ongoing cooperation projects, namely the Pilot Project of Smart Water Management in Denpasar, Bali which is targeted for completion in 2025," said Basuki.
