JAKARTA - PT Tripatra Engineers and Constructioners (TRIPATRA), a leading engineering engineering-based solution provider in Indonesia, has signed a cooperation agreement with Pupuk Kalimantan Timur (Pupuk Kaltim) to start the renewal process (revamping) for the Amonia-2 Factory, which is its oldest factory and has been operating since 1984.
This partnership has begun and the installation of the first stake pole in Bontang, East Kalimantan and the signing of the Safety Commitment Ceremony will be carried out on May 3, 2024.
The installation of the inaugural stake was witnessed directly by TRIPATRA President Director & CEO Raymond Naldi Rasfuldi together with East Kalimantan Pupuk President Director Budi Wahju Soesilo. This project is TRIPATRA's commitment to support Pupuk Kaltim to update the oldest factory which will be more efficient so that it can suppress carbon emissions and implement environmentally friendly technology, in line with the Indonesian government's mandate to achieve net zero emissions in 2060 and create a greener industry.
