Pertamina Retail Opens Opportunities For Partnership Cooperation With Independent Gas Stations, Here's The Scheme

JAKARTA - PT Pertamina Retail opens opportunities for cooperation in gas station management. PT Pertamina Retail presents an Operational Cooperation Management (KSO) scheme with a Dealer Ownered Dealer Operated (DODO) gas station.

Vice President Commercial of PT Pertamina Retail Jiang Indra Triyadi said the concept of cooperation was also carried out to improve the quality of service and image of Pertamina gas stations.

"This cooperation will be carried out with a scheme that will certainly benefit both parties," said Edith in a written statement, Saturday, May 11.

In this operation collaboration, Edith said, PT Pertamina Retail will provide a number of investment support for DODO gas stations in several aspects, namely in terms of finance management, fuel management/operation, Non-Fuel Retail Business (NFR), infrastructure updates and optimization of gas station digitization.

There are two operating cooperation systems, namely the KSO Technical Assistance Contract (TAC) gas station and Full Operate gas stations. Through these two cooperation schemes, PT Pertamina Retail will provide different assistance and contributions.

"At the Full Operate gas station, Pertamina Retail will take full role in gas station operations, while TAC cooperation will play the role of DODO gas station partners in operations," he said.

Edith added, in the TAC cooperation, cooperation contracts can be carried out within a minimum of one year. Later, the DODO gas station will receive assistance and assistance from the PT Pertamina Retail team which is placed at gas stations.

Then, PT Pertamina Retail will also take a role in ordering fuel and managing transparent financial management funds. Thus, the working capital previously borne by DODO gas station partners will decrease.

Meanwhile, in the Full Operate scheme, cooperation contracts can be carried out within a minimum of five years and PT Pertamina Retail will provide a number of investments for updating gas station facilities and infrastructure by paying attention to the right aspects of business feasibility studies.
