The Story Of PNM's AO Mekaar, Out Of The Comfort Zone To Give Family Comfort

JAKARTA - An inspiring story from one of the PNM personnel, Jeaneth, an account officer who now serves as head of the unit in Manado, is in the warm spotlight among the company.

Jeaneth, who initially started his career as AO in Kupang, NTT, has made an extraordinary trace of struggle in achieving success and helping his family. With a strong determination, Jeaneth decided to get out of his comfort zone to achieve a better career path. His sacrifice to work and stay away from his family is a motivation to continue to develop.

Coming from a simple family with a mother who plays the role of a housewife and father who works as a musician, never tire of giving everything to her family consisting of four siblings. Even during the holidays, Jeaneth chose not to go home to save ticket fees, in order to send money to his parents and younger siblings.

However, behind all these sacrifices, Jeaneth found extraordinary support from PNM. The company not only assists in developing its career, but also facilitates talent development for all PNM personnel. One of them is through the PNM SEHATI event (Healthy with PNM personnel), which will be held on May 4-5, 2024 in Jakarta.

At the event, Jeaneth displayed his singing talent and managed to reach the top 3 in the PNM Star Competition, beating 270 other participants from All over Indonesia. This achievement paved the way for him to appear at the PNM Anniversary event.

In the message he conveyed, Jeaneth invited all Account Officers at PNM to remain enthusiastic and not give up in facing all challenges. For him, every struggle is not an excuse to stop, but an opportunity to return to give your best.
