Jasamarga Transjawa Repair KM 24 Jakarta-Cikampek Toll Road

BEKASI - PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol (JTT) repaired the road at Kilometer (KM) 24 of the Jakarta-Cikampek Toll Road in order to improve the safety of motorists as well as efforts to meet the minimum service standards of Toll Road Business Entities.

Senior Manager Representative Office 1 of PT JTT Amri Sanusi stated that the location of the work was at Km 24+185 to Km 24+806 in lane 1 towards Cikampek with the estimated completion on Thursday (2/5) at 16.00 WIB.

"This routine road maintenance work has started since Saturday (27/4) at 22.00 WIB yesterday," he said as quoted by ANTARA, Monday, April 29.

He ensured that there would be no road closures during the routine maintenance work. The Jakarta-Cikampek Toll Road, both towards Jakarta and Cikampek, is still operating normally.

His party has prepared mitigation procedures, including diverting the flow of affected traffic before the work area, narrowing the work area, and preparing the opposite direction scheme if the traffic conditions are heavy.

"We are coordinating intensively with the Highway Patrol Police and PT Jasamarga Tollroad Operators in terms of traffic regulation," he said.

His party also socialized the work plan by installing outdoor media in the form of job appeal banners and Dynamic Message Signs in both directions of the Jakarta-Cikampek Toll Road to ensure this information is well received by road users.

PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol apologizes for the inconvenience caused by the work in question and urges road users to anticipate travel by ensuring that the vehicle is in prime condition, the electronic money balance is sufficient, and refuels before starting the trip.
