Last Week, IDX Recorded The Average Daily Transaction Value Drops 12.91 Percent

JAKARTA The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) announced that based on IDX stock trading data for the period April 22 to April 26, 2024, it was closed in various ways.

The increase over the week occurred in the average daily transaction volume for a week of 10.65 percent to 19.22 billion shares from 17.37 billion shares from closing last week.

The increase was also followed by market capitalization for a week of 0.31 percent to Rp11,754 trillion from Rp11,718 trillion in the previous week.

Meanwhile, the Composite Stock Price Index (JCI) this week changed by 0.72 percent to 7.036.075 from 7.087.317 at the close last week.

Meanwhile, data on the average daily transaction value changed by 12.91 percent, which was IDR 13.62 trillion from IDR 15.64 trillion at the close last week.

Then the average transaction frequency data during the week changed by 22.63 percent to 1.06 million transactions from 1.37 million transactions last week.

Meanwhile, the movement of foreign investors recorded a net selling value of IDR 2.16 trillion and throughout 2024 foreign investors recorded a net purchase value of IDR 7.62 trillion.
