Aguan said, as a developer who has more than 50 years of experience, PANI seeks to innovate and launch products that are in accordance with market demand that will be transferred to marketing sales targets.
"PANI will hold a commitment to all stakeholders and implement a business strategy that has been designed in such a way to reach medium and long-term goals, at least 5 years from now," said Aguan as quoted from the information disclosure of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), Friday, April 26.
He also said that as a continuation of the 2022 corporate action, PANI had completed the process of increasing capital with the second pre-emptive right (PMHMETD).
