OIKN Together With Developers Start Marketing Housing And Apartments At IKN

JAKARTA - Head of the Capital Archipelago Authority (IKN) Bambang Susantono said that together with property developers, they had started marketing housing and apartments by companies that had confirmed that they would immediately lay the first stone at IKN.

"We will soon conduct a 'roadshow' together with 'property developers' who have been 'confirmed', have conducted groundbreaking at IKN to start marketing," said Bambang while giving a press statement at the Presidential Palace in Jakarta, quoted from Antara, Thursday, April 25.

Bambang explained that OIKN and property developers will carry out safaris that will start in Surabaya.

Based on OIKN records, a number of companies that helped build housing include the Nusantara and Pakuwon Consortium which built apartments and landed houses, as well as BSH Karya Mandiri, Pakubuwono, and Balikpapan Super Block which built apartments.

In his presentation, OIKN will also begin development where the construction of facilities begins not only in the Central Government Core Area, but also extends to the western IKN area.

"We will do some complete ecosystems, so not only areas for government centers but also other facilities such as educational facilities, health facilities, facilities for 'lifestyle', will soon be built," said Bambang.

So far, OIKN has recorded five groundbreakings by the President of the Republic of Indonesia, Joko Widodo, reaching a value of IDR 49.6 trillion from 32 institutions or institutions.

Meanwhile, the sixth "groundbreaking" in the capital city of Nusantara (IKN) in May 2024 is targeted for educational projects.
