Blessings Of Ramadan 1445 H, SIG BUMN House In Rembang Prints A 30 Percent Surge In Hampers Sales

JAKARTA - The SIG BUMN (RB) house in Rembang managed by a subsidiary of PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (SIG), namely PT Semen Gresik, in the Hampers Berkah UMKM Rembang 2024 program managed to score sales of 5,639 parcel packages worth more than IDR 500 million, an increase of 30 percent from the previous period.

GIS Corporate Secretary, Vita Mahreyni said the Ramadan 1445 H hampers package which was held from March 8, 2024 to April 8, 2024, was a routine program held by RB Rembang every time before the Eid celebration. This program is intended to encourage the absorption of MSME products, thus helping to increase the income of MSME activists.

In the Hampers Berkah UMKM Rembang 2024 program, RB Rembang involved 110 MSMEs in the fields of food, beverages, fashion, batik, and handicrafts. All of them have gone through the curation process, both in terms of product quality to production capabilities, so it is feasible to be displayed in parcels and able to meet market demand.

Divided into 7 packages with prices ranging from Rp. 105 thousand to Rp. 1 million per parcel, the public can order them directly at the RB Rembang Gallery or online via WhatsApp and RB Rembang e-commerce.

"Alhamdulillah, the Hampers Berkah UMKM Rembang program always gets a positive response from the community as can be seen from the number of orders and transaction values that continue to increase every year. This is a motivation for GIS to create other programs that are more creative and innovative to boost sales of MSME products," said Vita Mahreyni, in her statement, Tuesday, April 23.

Furthermore, Vita Mahreyni said that the Hampers Berkah UMKM Rembang program, which started in 2021, was originally intended to support sales of MSME products that were sluggish due to the COVID-19 pandemic. At that time, RB Rembang managed to sell 1,003 parcel packages with a transaction value of Rp428 million. Meanwhile, in 2022, sales of parcels increased to 2,529 packages, especially in packages at affordable prices.

Seeing the success of the Hampers Berkah UMKM Rembang program in supporting an increase in sales of MSME products, the Rembang Regency Government (Pemkab) also synergized to make the PT Semen Gresik program a success, which began in 2023 and continued until 2024.

As the name suggests, hopefully this Hampers Berkah UMKM Rembang program will bring blessings to the progress of MSMEs in Rembang as well as being the driving force for regional economic growth," said Vita Mahreyni.

Rembang Regent Abdul Hafidz appreciated the initiation and contribution of PT Semen Gresik in supporting the existence and growth of MSMEs by selling local MSME product parcels through RB Rembang. During the launch on March 8, 2024, Abdul Hafidz targeted the sale of parcels reaching Rp500 million. However, thanks to the commitment of many parties, sales finally managed to exceed the target.

"Alhamdulillah, for the cooperation of all parties, especially the RB and Bid UKM Dindakopukm teams, and the assisted MSME players, Monday cut-off on April 8, 2024, have succeeded in selling the parcels of MSME products of more than IDR 565 million," said Abdul Hafidz.
