Pertamina Records Fuel Consumption During Homecoming Increases 18.1 Percent

JAKARTA - PT Pertamina Patra Niaga, reported that the consumption of Gasoline fuel such as the Pertamax Series during the 2024 RAFI (Ramadan and Eid Al-Fitr) Task Force (Satgas) service compared to normal increased by 18.1 percent.

Pertamina's Director of Planning and Business Development Patra Niaga Harsono Budi Santoso said that his party always meets the needs of fuel for travelers during the 2024 Eid holiday.

Pertamina Patra Niaga is also on standby to ensure fuel needs during the peak of the 2024 Eid homecoming flow which occurred on April 5-7 and the peak of the 2024 Eid backflow on April 15.

"Demands during the RaFI Task Force period compared to normal for Gasoline rose 18.1 percent, Gasoil (Dex Series) fell 26.6 percent and Avtur rose 10.7 percent," said Harsono Budi in the Closing of the RAFI ESDM National Command Post at BPH Migas, on Friday 19 April.

Harsono added, Pertamina Patra Niaga noted, the peak of the increase in gasoil fuel consumption in the 2024 Eid homecoming flow occurred on April 9 (D-1) at 46 percent and for Avtur products it occurred on April 6 (H-4) at 31 percent compared to normal days.

"On the backflow, the peak of Gasoline consumption occurred on April 13 (D+3), namely 23 percent and Avtur on April 15 (D+5), which was 18 percent compared to normal consumption," concluded Harsono Budi.
