Ministry Of Transportation Estimates 4,000 Electric Vehicles Will Be Used By Homecomers

JAKARTA - The Ministry of Transportation (Kemenhub) estimates that at least 4,000 electric vehicles (EV) will be used in the 2024 Lebaran homecoming. The Ministry of Transportation also noted that currently 23,238 electric vehicles have paved in Indonesia.

"The project is 18 percent, maybe around 4,000 vehicles that have the potential to travel to Lebaran 2024 homecoming," said Head of Sub-Directorate for Type Tests, Directorate General of Land Transportation of the Ministry of Transportation, Yusuf in a SPKLU preparation conference ahead of the Lebaran homecoming at the Office of the Coordinating Ministry for Maritime Affairs and Investment, Thursday 4 April.
