Eid Al-Fitr Homecoming Period 2024, Pelita Air Opens New Routes To Aceh

PT Pelita Air Service (PAS) takes advantage of the momentum of Eid al-Fitr or Eid al-Fitr 2024 to open a new flight route, Jakarta-Aceh. The plan, this new route will officially operate starting April 3.

Pelita Air Service Corporate Secretary, Agdya PP Yogandari explained that the opening of the new flight route was carried out to support the 2024 Eid homecoming program and backflow.

"Well, for the routes that are opened as one of the supports for this homecoming program, we will open Jakarta-Aceh on the 3rd," said Agdya when met at 31,128,02 MT Haryono, Jakarta, Monday, April 1.

In addition to opening new routes, Agdya said that his party will also increase flight frequency for several Balikpapan-Surabaya routes during the Lebaran homecoming period.

In addition, continued Agdya, Pelita Air Service will also prepare additional flights or extra flights for several flight routes. One of them is Jakarta-Padang.

"Then we have additional frequencies for Balikpapan-Surabaya, and we also prepare extra flights for Jakarta-Padang, Jakarta-Denpasar and Jakarta-Jogja," he explained.

Agdya said Pelita Air Service during the Lebaran 2024 homecoming period provided 273,000 seats. The figure is up 17 percent from the previous seat count position, namely, 153,000 seats.

"For the April 3-18 period, we have prepared 153,000 seats. So, this is a total of 273,000 seats in April, and it is up about 17 percent," he said.

In addition, Agdya also said that Pelita Air Service also presented a discount price of Rp. 160,000, if passengers ordered tickets through the Pelita Air website.

"For those who want a discount, a discount can be obtained at almost Rp. 160,000 as long as the purchase is through the Pelita Air website or it can also download mobile apps from Pelita," he said.
