Sharing During Ramadan, Sido Appears To Give Compensation To 1,000 Orphans In Jakarta

JAKARTA - PT Industri Jamu Dan Pharmacy Sido Muncul Tbk (Sido Muncul) continues to pay attention to underprivileged communities. This time, the company shared its love by providing compensation to 1,000 orphans in Jakarta on Wednesday, March 27 yesterday.

The provision of compensation for orphans was held in conjunction with the iftar ceremony together at Sido Muncul's office, in the Cipete area, Jakarta Sekatan. On this occasion, Director of Sido Muncul, Irwan Hidayat, symbolically provided compensation worth Rp. 200 million to 10 representatives of orphans from institutions and 17 orphanages.

"We are very grateful, Sido Muncul's extended family and employees are very happy to be able to help orphans and poor people in Jakarta. Hopefully this assistance can add to the joy when welcoming the holiday later. Hopefully what we provide can add happiness," said Irwan.

Regarding sharing with others, Irwan said that assistance can be given is not limited to everything visible, for example in the form of material. Assistance, Irwan continued, must actually start from oneself. During Ramadan, for example, children who fast also practice patience while fasting.

Not only that, Ramadan is a month full of blessings. Therefore, Irwan said that children who receive assistance, in the future can also help others even in conditions that are not flooded with wealth.

"Share to others, you don't have to have money that is important, you have to be sincere. Anyone can share with each other, while there is an opportunity to share in the tightness, the value is extraordinary, especially if it is given to those who accept those who really need it," said Irwan.

"Alhamdulillah, today we feel happy to be present for the third time. Sido Muncul did appear to give happiness because at other times it was difficult to get help, instead we were given assistance by Sido Muncul. Hopefully, the assistance that has been issued will bring blessings and spread benefits," said Ahmad Rizal as the administrator of the Al-Ittihadiyah Foundation.

For information, of the total assistance worth Rp. 200 million provided, each orphan will receive Rp. 200 thousand each. The money is expected to provide happiness ahead of the day of victory.
