Latest IPhone 17 Rumors, Pro And Pro Max Series Will Use Aluminum Design

JAKARTA The iPhone 16 series was just released at the end of last September, but rumors about a replacement for this phone have emerged. According to news circulating, Apple will make major changes to the iPhone 17.

Based on The Information report, citing from 9to5mac, one source said that Apple will change the design of the phones they are developing. The phone, which is believed to be the iPhone 17 series, will switch to aluminum and titanium designs.

It is not known why the iPhone 17 series switched to aluminum. However, it looks like Apple has decided that the iPhone 17 Pro and Pro Max models will use a combination design. Some are made of aluminum, while the rest is made of glass.

The top and back of the phone are expected to consist of a rectangular camera bulge made of aluminum, not traditional 3D glass. Apple only maintains the glass frame at the bottom to facilitate wireless charging.

This change may have been deliberately applied in Pro and Pro Max models to distinguish these two premium devices from the regular iPhone model. Meanwhile, the 'length square' camera bulge is also a novelty in the iPhone 17 series.

Image leaks from iPhone 17 Pro and Pro Max models have not yet been circulated so it cannot be ascertained how big and how long the camera bulge on the device is. It is possible that the design will be very different from other iPhone models.

Apple is also rumored to be releasing the iPhone 17 Air model, a cellphone that is thought to be very thin with a thickness of 5 and 6 millimeters. This device is thinner than the usual iPhone 16 model, which is 7.8 millimeters, so the manufacturing process is not as easy as other devices.
