Celebrate The 53rd Anniversary, Askrindo Gives Compensation Of IDR 250 Million For 530 Orphans

Welcoming the celebration of PT Askrindo's 53rd Anniversary and as an effort to strengthen commitment to corporate social responsibility and share happiness in the month of Ramadan, PT Askrindo held a Safari Ramadan activity on Wednesday, March 27, by providing compensation to 530 orphans carried out in seven cities spread throughout Indonesia, as well as three orphanages in Jakarta.

In fulfilling the commitment, the provision of compensation is also directed to support the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals Program (TPB), especially in the social pillar which focuses on two aspects: No. 1 (Without Poverty) and No. 3 (Healthy and Prosperous Life).

President Director of PT Askrindo, Fankar Umran, stated that this concern should not stop in the month of Ramadan alone, but also continue in other months, as clear evidence of the company's commitment to concern for the surrounding community.

"This Ramadan Safari activity is not only a celebration of Askrindo's 53rd Anniversary which coincides with the month of Ramadan, but also a momentum to provide benefits to the community, especially those in need. We believe that the support and assistance provided can bring happiness to the community," said Fankar.

In addition, Askrindo is committed to supporting MSMEs in the form of providing basic food assistance to hundreds of MSMEs around the company environment and sharing takjil, as a form of Askrindo's concern.

The total compensation for the Ramadan Safari activities provided by Askrindo is IDR 250 million. This activity is part of the company's efforts to actively contribute in the environment, while providing direct benefits to people in need and also providing inspiration to participate in social activities.

"Hopefully this activity will be the beginning of many other positive initiatives that can strengthen good relations with the community and build a positive impact on advancing mutual welfare," he explained.
