JAKARTA - BUMN engaged in technical and management consulting services, PT Indra Karya (Persero) admits that it is ready if the Ministry of SOEs shares inbreng to PT Danareksa (Persero) this year.

The inbreng plan is in line with the Ministry of SOEs which will reduce the number of state-owned companies to only 30 companies.

VP Corporate Secretary of Indra Karya, Okky Suryono revealed the news about Indra Karya's inbreng to Holding Danareksa. He said inbreng will be done this year.

"If the information is likely this year it will be broken down," he said in a media briefing in Jakarta, written Wednesday, March 27.

Okky said Indra Karya himself was one of the SOEs that had been entrusted to the Danareksa Holding since 2021.

"Until today, we are still entrusted to manage it at Danareksa, so since 2021 if I'm not mistaken, we have received a Special Power of Attorney from the Minister of SOEs to Danareksa to entrust our management," he explained.

Although he is not yet a member of the Danareksa Holding, continued Okky, operations to business development have been included in the current Danareksa initiation.

"Indeed, not all of them, there are still things related to the shareholders of the BUMN ministry who are oriented like that, but most of them have been represented by Danareksa. Including operations, the development has been included in the initiations of Danareksa," he explained.

Okky said that to enter the Danareksa Holding members, a process is needed. This means that there are several stages that Indra Karya must fulfill before the inbreng is officially carried out.

"Indeed, this is still a stage, still not a child, right, so there is still a process that must be done, inbreng and so on. If the information is likely this year it will be broken down," he said.
