Indra Karya Aims For A Contract Worth IDR 800 Billion This Year

JAKARTA - BUMN engaged in engineering consulting services, PT Indra Karya (Persero) targets revenue to increase by 20 percent this year.

This target is in line with the company's plan to target a contract worth IDR 800 billion in 2024.

Director of Indra Karya, Eko Budiono explained that throughout 2023, the company managed to record a contract worth Rp600 billion. This year, he continued, the targeted contract target was raised to Rp800 billion.

"For 2024 we will try to register a contract of approximately Rp800 billion," he said in a media briefing in Jakarta, written Wednesday, March 27.

Eko said that if the Rp800 billion contract target could be realized, the company could record an opinion of Rp250 billion this year.

"Sales in 2024, we increase from IDR 210 billion to IDR 250 billion. This means that there is a growth of 20 percent in accordance with the ministry's directives," he explained.

Furthermore, Eko said the company's net profit in 2023 reached Rp13 billion. This year, he said, is targeted to increase to Rp16 billion.

"In terms of profit, we will also push again, from Rp. 13 billion to approximately Rp. 16 billion," he said.

Meanwhile, VP Corporate Secretary Indra Karya Okky Suryono said the contract value of Rp800 billion came from 30 percent of the private sector, 25 to 30 percent of SOEs, and the rest came from the state budget and loans.

"If the income contract plan, our plan is Rp800 billion this year, which we produce is around Rp250 billion. Usually the occupancy installments are in the following year, so we get multi-year jobs, not single years, there are single years but very little," he said.

"So the jobs are various sources of funds, from the private sector 30 percent, SOEs around 25-30 percent, the rest are from the state budget and laon," he explained
