PGN Solution And LEMIGAS Inaugurate Cooperation In The Oil And Gas Sector

JAKARTA PT PGAS Solution (PGN Solution), a subsidiary of PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk. (PGN) and the LemIGAS Oil and Gas Testing Center held a memorandum of understanding (MoU) as a form of inauguration of cooperation in aspects of Testing, Calibration, and the procurement of other Goods and Services in the field of oil and natural gas, as well as utilization of oil and gas laboratory facilities.

This collaboration is also expected to raise awareness of the importance of implementing aspects of Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) in every project work, in order to create a safe and safe working environment.

The signing of the MoU was attended by the Directorate General of Oil and Gas, Head of LEMIGAS, President Director of PGN, President Director of PGN Solution, as well as all directors and management of PGN, PGN Solution, and PT Solusi Energi Nusantara (SENA).

The implementation of the signing of the MoU is an effort by both parties to increase business cooperation, competence and expertise of workers. PGN Solution and LEMIGAS will always improve operational quality through the exchange of information and science, the implementation of work shops, seminars and other activities related to oil and natural gas.

"I hope this activity can be carried out properly and properly by taking into account the values of Schedule, Cost and Quality. The schedule must be on time, the costs are not over, the quality must be considered properly so that the benefits generated are more optimal. Because if we are observant, this collaboration is a very big opportunity to reap many benefits, "said Director General of Oil and Gas (Migas) Tutuka Ariadji, Tuesday, March 26.

In addition, PGN President Director Arief S. Handoko also said that the collaboration between PGASOL and LEMIGAS is expected to be a very complete collaboration.

"We can see that the contents of the cooperation written at the MoU today will be carried out from various fields. Starting from testing, calibration, procurement of goods and services, certification, sharing knowledge, workshops, and so on," said Arief.

A number of oil and gas projects that have been carried out by PGN Solution include Offtake Station Tambak Lorok, construction of household jargas in Wajo Regency and Banggai Regency, Replacement of Rokan WK Oil Pipes, Pipanization of Phone Oil Boyolali and development of natural gas infrastructure in the Kendal Industrial Estate (KIK) Mangkang and Batang Integrated Industrial Zone (KIT).

With the signing of the MoU, it has become the green light for the start of a series of synergistic activities between PGN Solution and LEMIGAS over the next 3 years, in order to increase the advantage to answer the community's energy needs by prioritizing work skills and safety.

From the aspect of work safety, PGN Solution is a company engaged in EPC, O&M and Supply Chain with a large work area distribution so that it has a high job risk. Therefore, for PGN Solution, the implementation of HSSE is the key to the sustainability of the Company's business which needs special attention.

PGASOL is committed to implementing the HSSE aspect as a whole in PGAS Sol's work environment by implementing the ISO 45001:2018 Integration Management System: ISO 14001, and SMK3 PP 50/2012. While carrying out the work, PGASOL reached 14,381,170 hours of safe work.

Furthermore, PGASOL provides competent resources, improves competence through training and certification, provides proper equipment and so on. In addition, PGASOL as a contractor also always fulfills HSSE programs and procedures determined by clients. To ensure that the HSSE program is carried out, the K3PL and PGASOL Security Division conducts monitoring and audits periodically. Management also reviews the work and implementation of HSSE carried out regularly," explained PGASOL President Director SabaRUddin.
