BRI Insurance Gives 1,000 Takjil Packages For Iftar At The Istiqlal Mosque

Participating in the amaliyah program owned by the Istiqlal Mosque in Ramadan, BRI Insurance gave 1,000 takjil packages at the Istiqlal Mosque on Friday, March 22, 2024. This activity is one of the CSR activities carried out by BRI Insurance in the month of Ramadan this time.

As is well known by the people in DKI Jakarta and its surroundings, every day many worshipers are very enthusiastic about coming to the Istiqlal Mosque in Jakarta during Ramadan. In addition to performing worship, what people have been waiting for the most is the moment of breaking the fast together.

The presence of BRI Insurance at the Istiqlal Mosque was welcomed by all administrators at the Istiqlal Mosque. The handover of 1,000 takjil packages was given directly by Fenti Octaviani as Vice President Secretary of BRI Insurance to the administrator of the Istiqlal Mosque.

"Hopefully the 1,000 takjil packages provided by BRI Insurance can be useful for all people who want to break their fast at Istiqlal and become a blessing for all," said Fenti, in her statement, Sunday, March 24. According to Fenti, the activity of giving takjil is a form of BRI Insurance's commitment to undergoing Social and Environmental Responsibility (TJSL) as well as a series of activities in order to welcome BRI Insurance's 35th Anniversary.

The recommendation of giving takjil is a form of implementation of Islamic teachings, which is what teaches each other to share and care for others. Not only pursuing rewards, but also as a tangible form of concern for others, especially those who are fasting.

The activity carried out by BRI Insurance also reflects the spirit of mutual assistance and mutual cooperation in the Muslim community. When someone gives takjil to others, it not only provides physical benefits in the form of food, but also provides warmth and a sense of brotherhood.

At the event of providing assistance for 1,000 takjil packages, Mr. Ashanul Haq as IGF's Business & Corporate Director was also present. Ashanul expressed his gratitude to BRI Insurance who really cares about Muslims who are fasting.
