Facing The 2024 Eid Homecoming Flow, Pertamina Ensures That Fuel Supply And Distribution, LPG, And Avtur In West Java Are Safe

Entering the middle of the holy month of Ramadan and anticipating the flow of Eid Al-Fitr 1445 H homecoming, PT Pertamina Patra Niaga ensures the safety of supply and distribution of fuel oil (BBM), Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG), and Aviation Turbine (Avtur) in the operational area of the West Java Regional (Jabar).

Area Manager Communication, Relations & CSR West Java Regional PT Pertamina Patra Niaga, Eko Kristiawan, conveyed Pertamina Patra Niaga's commitment to ensure the fulfillment of community energy needs during the Ramadan and Eid al-Fitr 1445 H period optimally.

Ensuring stock security and readiness of fuel, LPG, and Avtur distribution services in all operational areas of the West Java Regional, both at the BBM Terminal (Fuel/Integrated Terminal), LPG Depot, Aircraft Filling Depots/DPPU (AVIation Fuel Terminal/AFT) to gas stations as well as LPG Agents and Bases in the West Java Regional operational areas covering the Provinces of Banten, DKI Jakarta, and West Java.

"The stock conditions of fuel, LPG, and Avtur in Fuel and LPG Terminal for the West Java Regional Region as of March 23 are in a safe condition with the stock security of gasoline products consisting of Pertalite and Pertamax Series (Pertamax, Pertamax Green, and Pertamax Turbo) products reaching 19 days, gasoil product stock security which includes Biosolar, Dexlite, and Pertamax Dex products reaching 20 days, LPG stock security 5 days, and stock security Avtur 16 days," said Eko in his statement, Sunday 24 March.

Meanwhile, the average daily normal distribution in 3 provinces of the West Java Regional Region for the period 1-2 March 2024 for fuel products is 25,577 kiloliters (KL) per day with details of Pertalite products of 20,859 KL per day and Pertamax Series of 4,718 KL per day, gasoil products of 10,680 KL per day with details of Biosolar 10,104 KL per day and Dexlite and Pertamina Dex of 576 KL per day.

Meanwhile, for daily distribution, the average LPG product is 8,218 Metric Tons (MT) per day with details of subsidized LPG or PSO of 7,684 MT per day and Non-subsidized LPG or NPSO of 493 MT per day. The average daily distribution of Avtur products is 5,299 KL per day.

"Pertamina Patra Niaga continues to be committed to optimizing stock resilience and smooth distribution to meet the needs of the community and anticipating increased consumption during Ramadan ahead of the upcoming Eid al-Fitr. In addition to improving the reliability of facilities and infrastructure throughout operations and ensuring safety and HSSE aspects, Pertamina Patra Niaga also continues to ensure the availability of stocks and distribution of fuel and LPG through daily real-time monitoring, as well as improving services at gas stations and LPG agencies and bases in the West Java Regional Region," added Eko.

PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Regional West Java has also made preparations to ensure the smooth availability and distribution of fuel, LPG, and Avtur during the period of Ramadan and Eid al-Fitr (RAFI) in 2024 by forming a RAFI Task Force which will start on March 25, 2024 to April 21, 2024.

In addition, Pertamina Patra Niaga for the West Java region has also prepared steps to improve services during the RAFI-2024 Task Force by optimizing supervision and control of the supply chain of fuel and LPG to ensure smooth distribution; ensure the availability of fuel and LPG stocks at strategic points and homecoming routes to anticipate a surge in demand during Ramadan and Eid al-Fitr; collaboration and synergy with related parties, including local governments and other relevant agencies, to optimize the distribution and distribution of fuel, LPG, and Avtur; as well as ensure the improvement of services at gas stations and agencies as well as LPG bases to meet the needs of the community.
