Pertamina Patra Niaga Says Ready To Distribute Subsidized Fuel, Here Are The Details Of Quota In 2024

PT Pertamina Patra Niaga ensured that it would distribute fuel oil (BBM) in accordance with the quota set by the government.

Based on the Decree of the Head of BPH Migas No. 89/P3JBT/BPH MIGAS/KOM/2023 for the distribution of Subsidized Fuel for Certain Types of Oil Fuel (JBT) with a quota of 0.5 million Kilo Liter (KL), JBT Solar Oil with a quota of 17.8 million KL, and 3 kg LPG cylinders of 8.03 Million Metric Tons (MT) based on the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Decree No. 446.K/MG.05/DJM/2023.

Pertamina Patra Niaga President Director, Riva Siahaan, said Pertamina Patra Niaga was ready to distribute fuel and subsidized LPG according to the quota set by the Government. In fact, his party made innovations to ensure that subsidized fuel and LPG could be right on target.

"In ensuring the distribution of energy subsidies, especially fuel and LPG, Pertamina Patra Niaga carried out several innovations, the main thing through the digitalization program. It's been running and we continue to evaluate it is the Proper Subsidy Program for JBT Solar and starting earlier this year it will be carried out on 3 kg Elpiji Right Subsidy," Riva said in a statement to the media, Saturday, March 16.

The exact subsidy JBT Solar has been tested since 2022 and runs nationally in 514 cities and regencies for the use of QR Code in July 2023.

Throughout 2023, nearly 14 million KL of Solar transactions has been recorded digitally. 92 percent is the distribution to vehicles and the remaining 8 percent is to fisheries businesses, agricultural businesses, MSMEs, and public services such as health facilities and BNPB.

For LPG 3 kg, since last January it has also been required by the public to show an ID card so that their NIK will be checked through the Pertamina Apps Merchant (MAP) at Pangkalan before being able to buy subsidized LPG. More than 248 thousand Bases in 411 cities and regencies that have converted are now ready to serve the right subsidy of LPG 3 kg.

Since rolling on January 1, there have been 31 million NIKs that have made transactions with a total of more than 495 million 3 kg LPG cylinders. 85 percent of these total transactions are recorded for household consumers, and the remaining 15 percent are MSMEs and target farmers and fishermen.

In addition to the Proper Subsidy, Riva said Pertamina Patra Niaga can currently access Pertamina Integrated Enterprise Data & Command Center (PIEDCC). Supported by digitization in Fuel and LPG Terminal as well as digitizing gas stations, Riva said that currently the distribution process to stock at gas stations and LPG bases can be monitored in real time.
