IDX Records Capai Market Capitalization Of IDR 11.818 Trillion For A Week

JAKARTA The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) announced that IDX's stock trading data during the period from March 4 to 8, 2024, was closed in various ways.

Meanwhile, the average volume of daily stock transactions over the week changed 4.17 percent to 19.65 billion shares from 20.50 billion shares from closing last week.

Thus, the average daily transaction value of shares has changed by 6.37 percent to Rp10.47 trillion from Rp11.19 trillion in the previous week

Meanwhile, foreign investors today recorded a net purchase value of IDR 1.24 trillion B and throughout 2024 foreign investors recorded a net purchase value of IDR 18.71 trillion.

In addition, the market capitalization of the stock this week also increased by 0.98 percent to Rp11.818 trillion from Rp11.703 trillion in the previous week. On Thursday 7 March, IDX's market capitalization also touched a record high in its history of Rp11.821 trillion from the previous record of Rp11.810 trillion on Thursday 4 January.

The Composite Stock Price Index (JCI) again broke the all time high record in history, which was closed at 7,381,907, an increase of 0.11 percent from the previous record of 7,373,964 on Thursday, March 7. Meanwhile, when compared to last week, the JCI closed higher by 0.96 percent from the position of 7,311,907.

Meanwhile, the average daily transaction frequency of shares during the week changed 7.35 percent to 1.2 million transactions from 1.3 million transactions a week earlier.
