JAKARTA - PT Bank Central Asia Tbk or BCA (BBCA) announced that branch office services will not operate on March 11-12 2024. This is related to holidays and collective leave that has been set by the Government. As for March 11-12, it also coincided with the beginning of Ramadan 2024.

During this period, customers can still enjoy BCA banking services anywhere and anytime through the myBCA, BCA Mobile, internet banking (KlikBCA) and BCA ATM applications. BCA branch office services will return to normal operations on March 13, 2024.

President Director of BCA, Jahja Setiaatmadja, stated that customers can still access BCA banking services for 24 hours during the Nyepi Holy Day holiday period through various digital channels.

"In addition, customers can also take advantage of cardless features in the BCA Mobile and myBCA applications. So, customers can deposit and withdraw cash at BCA ATMs without having to bring an ATM card," said Jahja in a written statement received by VOI, Saturday, March 9, 2024.

Meanwhile, for customers who need a new account opening during the Nyepi Holy Day holiday, it can be done online through the BCA Mobile and myBCA applications.

Customers can also access the Lifestyle feature on BCA Mobile to order and pay for airplane tickets, trains, cinemas, tour packages to BCA Bakti Village, to a number of attractions and recreation.
