BTN Reorganizes Composition Of Commissioners And Adds Directors Position, Former Deputy Director Of BNI And OJK Officials Enter

JAKARTA - The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) of PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk (BBTN) carried out an overhaul of the composition of the board of commissioners and directors.

In the board of commissioners, there is Adi Sulistyowati, who was appointed as Independent Commissioner and Bambang Widjanarko as Commissioner.

Adi previously served as Deputy President Director of PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk or BNI. Meanwhile, Bambang was previously the Deputy Commissioner for Government Bank Supervisory and Sharia of the Financial Services Authority (OJK).

"Based on the decision of the GMS, the first decision has been made, the two commissioners have been replaced," said BTN President Director Nixon LP Napitupulu quoting Antara.

Changes in the composition of the board of directors of the BTN Board of Commissioners were due to the honorable dismissal of late Ahdi Jumhari Luddin and M Yusuf Permana as Commissioners.

Furthermore, BTN AGMS also approved the addition of one new board of directors, namely by appointing Muhammad Iqbal as Director of SME & Retail Funding.

So, the new composition of the board of commissioners and directors that has been approved by the AGMS, namely:
