Erick Thohir Reshuffles The Composition Of BRI Management, Here's The List

JAKARTA - PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBRI) held an Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) 2024 today. One of the agendas in the AGMS is the change in the composition of the company's management.

"The AGMS decision was also approved by changes in the company's management," said BRI President Director Sunarso in a virtual press conference, Friday, March 1.

Sunarso said that in the AGMS it was decided to honorably dismiss and reappointed the Deputy President Director of Catur Budi Harto, Director of Business and Wholesale & Institution Agus Noorsanto, Director of Risk Management Agus Sudiarto.

BRI 2024 AGMS also honorably dismissed Hendrikus Ivo as an independent commissioner. Then, appointed Haryo Baskoro Wicaksono as an independent commissioner.

"In the AGMS, it was also decided to change the nomenclature of the position or name of the directorate at BRI," he said.

With these changes, the following is the composition of BRI's directors and commissioners:
