Pertamina International Refinery Changes Two Directors

JAKARTA – Shareholders of PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional (KPI) made changes to two KPI director positions on Tuesday, February 20, 2024 in Jakarta.

The director positions that have undergone changes in office are the Director of Business Planning & Development and the Director of Human Resources & Business Support.

KPI Corporate Secretary, Hermansyah Y.Nasroen said that Isnanto Nugoroho S, who previously served as Director of HR & Business Support, received a new assignment as Director of Business Planning & Development. Isnanto Nugroho replaces Johan N.B. Nababan. Johan N.B. Nababan himself previously served as Director of Business Planning & Development since March 2022.

"Pak Johan has created many works and legacies, and for this the company expresses its highest thanks and appreciation. This work has certainly brought KPI further development," said Hermansyah in a statement to the media, Tuesday, February 2.

Hermansyh continued, the position left by Isnanto Nugroho as Director of HR & Business Support is now held by Tenny Elfrida. Tenny Elfrida himself is not new to the Pertamina environment. Previously, Tenny was Director of Finance and Business Support at PT Pertamina Gas since August 8 2023. Tenny, who started his career at PT Elnusa Tbk in 2003, previously also served as Director of HR & General Affairs at PT Elnusa Tbk for the 2020-2023 period.

Hermansyah emphasized that changing director positions is part of the legacy of leadership in an organization which is carried out in accordance with corporate governance and is oriented towards achieving performance.

"This change of official is part of the legacy of leadership within the KPI. "As part of the organizational refreshment at PT KPI," explained Hermansyah.

As the largest processing company in Indonesia, KPI certainly needs to continue to ensure the continuity of the company's business. "Change of leadership is part of the company's business continuity process," concluded Hermansyah.
