The JCI The Day After The 2024 Election Vote Was Closed To Strengthen 1.30 Percent

JAKARTA - The day after the 2024 General Election Day (Pemilu), the Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG) rose 1.30 percent or 93.54 points to 7,303.28 until the end of trading on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) Thursday 15 February.

Meanwhile, the JCI opened at the level of 7,210.56 while the highest level of the JCI today is at the level of 7,365.68 and the lowest is at 7,298.48.

The total volume of exchange transactions reached 21.26 billion shares with a transaction value of Rp 16.63 trillion. A total of 348 stocks rose, 201 stocks fell and 227 stocks were flat.

Meanwhile, the JCI recorded an increase of 1.45 percent in the last five trading days. Meanwhile, since the beginning of the year, the JCI has strengthened 0.42 percent.

Ten sectoral indexes strengthened together with the JCI today. Only the technology sector has dropped 0.91 percent.

Meanwhile, the raw goods sector recorded the largest increase, which was 2.38 percent.

Strengthening the primary consumption goods sector penetrated 2.08 percent.

The infrastructure sector jumped 1.42 percent. The property and real estate sectors rose 1.38 percent. The financial sector shot up 1.30 percent.

Furthermore, the non-primer consumption goods sector rose 0.79 percent. The transportation and logistics sector also rose 0.79 percent.

The health sector rose 0.41 percent. The energy sector rose 0.11 percent. The industrial sector rose 0.04 percent.

The LQ45 index rose 1.53 percent to 1003.318, while Japan's Nikkei 225 index rose 1.21 percent, Hang Seng Hong Kong rose 0.41 percent, China's Shanghai Composite closed in today's trading. While the Singapore Straits Times rose 1.20 percent.

As for those who entered the ranks of the LQ45 Top gainers today, PT Merdeka Battery Materials Tbk (MBMA) 7.20 percent, PT ESSA Industries Indonesia Tbk (ESSA) 6.67 percent, PT Semen Indonesia Tbk (SMGR) 5.69 percent.

Meanwhile, those who entered the ranks of Top Loss LQ45 consisted of PT Kalbe Farma Tbk (KLBF) 1.69 percent, PT Astra International Tbk (ASII) 1.44 percent, PT Vale Indonesia Tbk (INCO) 1.23 percent.
