TransJakarta Gandeng DKI Jakarta Provincial Government For MSME Product Curation

JAKARTA - PT Transportasi Jakarta (TransJakarta) cooperates with the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government to curate (select) micro, small and medium enterprise products (MSMEs) which will be sold at the bus stop of the public transportation company.

"We are working with the DKI Jakarta Department of Industry, Trade, Cooperatives, and Small and Medium Enterprises (PPKUKM) to curate the products sold at the bus stop. So there are tariffs for tenants who are commercial and have special rates for MSME actors," said TransJakarta President Director Welfizon Yuzadi Jakarta as quoted by Antara, Sunday.

Welfizon said that as a corporation in the field of public transportation, it is committed to carrying out the concept of social and environmental governance (environmental social governance), namely clean, empowered, and sustainable.

PT TransJakarta allocates up to 30 percent of business space in a number of bus stops for MSME outlets as an effort to support Jakarta's economic growth. This is one of the concepts of TransJakarta, namely empowered.

"The bus stop that has a commercial space (commercial space), we have 30 percent for MSMEs. So we can provide space for MSMEs to grow and develop together," said Welfizon.

The TransJakarta Commercial Division is also ready to serve MSME players who are interested in opening a business at the TransJakarta bus stop so that people can enjoy the facilities in a number of bus stops.
