JAKARTA - PT Dosni Roha Indonesia Tbk (Perseroan) or also known as DNR Corporation has implemented a number of initiatives to increase its business fundamentals throughout 2023 through organizational restructuring, operational efficiency and digitization, especially in the Distribution business line. This effort was made to encourage productivity, especially sales throughout its business lines in 2024.

This was revealed by the Company's Management at the PT Dosni Roha Indonesia Tbk Public Exposure event in 2023 which was held online in Jakarta, Wednesday, January 31.

Currently, DNR Corporation runs three business lines, each managed by its subsidiaries, a distribution line by PT Dos Ni Roha (DNR Distribution), a Logistics line by PT Dosni Roha Logistics (DNR Logistics), and an e-Logistic line by PT StoreSend eLogistics Indonesia (StoreSend Indonesia). These three business lines continue to synergize to support the Company's vision achievement, namely "Simplifying Supply Chain for All".

The implementation of a number of fundamental improvements within the company in 2023 has an impact on financial performance, where in December 2023 the Company posted (estimated) Revenue of IDR 1.5 trillion, EBITDA of IDR 30.9 billion, and Net Profit of minus IDR 91.7 billion. The performance of these three elements decreased compared to the same period in 2022.

"The decline in DNR Corporation's financial performance in 2023 is balanced with operational efficiency and efforts to add new principles to increase the sale of the Company in 2024," said Gary Tanoesoedibjo, Director of PT Dosni Roha Indonesia Tbk.

In addition, in 2023 DNR Corporation has also taken action to anticipate a decline in consolidated financial performance by optimizing performance on Logistics business lines that include Hauling, Third Party Logistics, Inland Trucking and Project-based businesses. Evidently, in general, the financial performance of DNR Logistics YTD December 2023 recorded significant positive growth, including Revenue/Sales up 63 percent, EBITDA up 244 percent and Net Profit up 89 percent compared to the same period in 2022.

To revive the Company's business performance in 2024, the Company through its subsidiaries has established strategy and action plans in each line of business. In the Distribution business, DNR Distribution will encourage aggressive sales improvement by adding new principles, wholesale business development, and improving the business of large-margin medical equipment. DNR Distribution will also continue operational cost efficiency through organization restructuring, system development and digitization.

In the Logistics business, DNR Logistics will increase Hauling's business by adding trucks and targeting new cooperation contracts. For the Inland Trucking business, the company will increase the number of customers with long-term contracts, launch a new digital transportation system and add services in the Sumatra area. DNR Logistics will also improve the Third Party Logistics business by launching a new warehousing system, increasing warehouse capacity, and increasing cold storage.

In addition, DNR Logistics will also expand its project-based business to the private sector. Meanwhile, in the e-Logistics business, StoreSend Indonesia is committed to improving its e-Commerce fulfillment service, expanding into new e-Commerce channels, adding e-Commerce support services, launching new fulfillment systems, and improving awareness/branding programs.

"With various internal improvements and improvements in services both that have been carried out throughout 2023 and the strategy and action plans that will be carried out in 2024, the Company's Management is optimistic that DNR Corporation will return to growth and achieve positive performance in 2024," said Gary Tanoesoedibjo.
