Surveyor Indonesia Returns To Salurkan Assistance For Installation Of Free Electricity Installations For Underprivileged Communities

JAKARTA - PT Surveyor Indonesia as part of the BUMN Survey Service Holding together with PT Bureau of Classification Indonesia (Persero) as Lead Holding and PT SUCOFINDO again provided assistance in installing Free Electricity Installations to poor or underprivileged families in Banyumas.

The assistance provided is not the first time, in 2022 similar assistance will be provided as support to the people of Banyumas in an effort to improve living standards, welfare and productivity of the community, especially poor / underprivileged families, in providing access to electricity connections that do not yet have a kWh meter.

PT Surveyor Indonesia is committed to continuing to provide benefits and contributions in improving the welfare of the Banyumas Community through the 80th Free Electricity Installation Program for houses, especially for poor/unable families. Assistance is given ceremonially at the Imagesari Village Office, Banyumas.

This assistance is also to support the government's efforts to realize fair energy and equitable national development in line with the Sustainable Development Goals in the aspect of Healthy and Prosperous Life, as well as in the aspect of Clean and Affordable Energy.

"Electricity is a basic need for the community, we hope that the recipients of this assistance can make the best use of electricity to increase productivity, improve the quality of education and public knowledge," said PT Surveyor Indonesia's Director of Finance and Risk Management, Rosmanidar Zulkifli, in his statement, Monday, January 29.

The head of the Barangsari Village, Waluyo, expressed his deepest gratitude and appreciation for the assistance provided to the residents of Bamyumas.

"The impact of the pandemic affects the lives of residents, especially affecting our village so that limitations arise; less purchasing power, many layoffs occur. This assistance is very useful for us," he said.

As many as 80 Electric Assistance Recipient Houses located in the 3T Region and have been verified both administratively and technically, including Tumiyang Village as many as 12 houses, Imagesari Village as many as 39 houses, Kalisalak Village as many as 26 houses, and Bangsa Village as many as 3 houses.

Rosmanidar Zulkifli said that the Company's commitment to improving the welfare of the community through the Electricity Assistance Provision Program has been carried out since 2020 with the West Java Caang Phase III Program, the number that has been given is 500 houses for 5 in Cianjur Regency, Tasikmalaya Regency, Garut Regency and Bogor Regency.

Followed by the IDSurvey collaboration in the Bright Indonesia Program in Labuan Bajo NTT, Papagarang Regency in 2021 as many as 162 residents' houses. Then in 2022 and 2023 in Banyumas Regency as many as 160 houses.
