PT PLN (Persero) revealed how to check the estimated monthly electricity usage bill for postpaid customers through the Meter Note feature independently available on the PLN Mobile application.

"Through the Meter Note feature, postpaid customers can find out the estimated electricity bill and control their own monthly electricity usage. For recording independent meters, it can be done between 23 and 27 every month," said Executive Vice President of Corporate Communications and TJSL PLN Gregorius Adi Trianto, Wednesday, January 24.

Gregorius said that customers also do not need to worry about having difficulty recording independent meters through this feature. Because, steps to read independent meters through the PLN Mobile application are very easy, here are the steps:

1. Open the PLN Mobile2 application. Select the Meter3 Note menu. Select start swab & photo stand meter numbers in kWh meter4. Select Customer ID5. Enter stand number m6. Send

Gregorius continued, after the customer takes the steps above, the estimated cost of the electricity bill will also appear. Then, the electricity bill will come out every early month.

Electricity payments can also be made easily through the PLN Mobile Application.

In addition, the Independent Meter Note service at PLN Mobile has followed a calculation based on 40 hours on fire, both block tariffs and minimum accounts in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Number 28 of 2016.

"In addition to knowing the estimated bill earlier. By recording the independent meter, customer privacy is also better maintained, because PLN officers do not need to enter the yard to record meters at kWh meter," said Gregorius.

Gregorius hopes that the presence of various PLN Mobile features can make it easier for customers to access all services without the need to go to the PLN office.
