Garuda Indonesia Targets Transactions Of Up To IDR 75 Billion In Sales Office Travel Fair 2024

JAKARTA - Airline PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (GIAA) targets transactions of IDR 75 billion in the Sales Office Travel Fair (SOTF) 2024.

In this 2024 SOTF event, Garuda Indonesia again collaborated with Bank Mandiri as a bank partner.

President Director of Garuda Indonesia, Irfan Setiaputra, said that Garuda Indonesia is targeting a total transaction of IDR 75 billion in the 2024 SOTF event.

In addition, Irfan said that the implementation of the 2024 SOTF program is a realization of the Company's commitment to provide added value for the community and is also Garuda Indonesia's effort to always be closer to its service users.

"Through this event, it is hoped that in the future it will also be able to support national economic growth, especially through the tourism sector which is an industry that has an important role in the future of the aviation sector," explained Irfan in his official statement, Monday, January 22, 2024.

Irfan continued, with the sales mechanism through all sales offices in cities in Indonesia and representative offices abroad, of course, he hopes to reach more and wider service users.

So that more and more people will be able to meet their air connectivity needs, both for holidays, business trips, worship trips, and in touch with their families.

Irfan said that in the midst of the momentum of the revival of the national tourism sector, which is shown by the growth in the movement of both domestic and foreign tourists throughout 2023, as well as the projected soaring share of the Indonesian Umrah market in 2024, this program is certainly expected to further meet the needs of the community regarding the accessibility of safe air travel at competitive prices.

"We are optimistic that the success of this program can further boost the number of tourist movements, both domestic and foreign," said Irfan.

Garuda Indonesia together with Bank Mandiri as a bank partner will also provide added value for Garuda Indonesia service users who are also Mandiri customers.
