Groundbreaking OIKN Office, Jokowi Calls Construction Value Reaches IDR 509 Billion

JAKARTA - Indonesian President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) inaugurated the groundbreaking or groundbreaking of the OIKN office in the State Capital (IKN) Nusantara, East Kalimantan, today.

President Jokowi said that later the construction of the OIKN office would consist of main buildings, data center buildings and regional infrastructure, with a capacity of 600 people in the first phase.

Later, the OIKN office will be built on an area of approximately 28,000 square meters.

"With a construction value of Rp509 billion and this building will be the place where OIKN employees will work who will also be equipped with one-door integrated services," Jokowi said as seen on the Presidential Secretariat's YouTube, Wednesday, January 17.

Jokowi added that later the OIKN office will also be equipped with data centers and command centers, as well as urban galery to provide services to the community more quickly and professionally.

He also hopes that the OIKN office can be completed soon and all OIKN activities can be more organized, centralized and optimal.

So that all employees can work more comfortably and productively to support the development of IKN and realize the idealized capital city of Nusantara (IKN).

"By saying bismillahirrahmanirrahim, this afternoon the laying of the groundbreaking of the OIKN office officially declares that it has started," he concluded.
