Former AP II President Director Appointed As President Commissioner Of Pelni

JAKARTA - Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) Erick Thohir officially appointed former President Director of Angkasa Pura II Muhammad Awaluddin as President Commissioner (Komut) of PT Pelni (Persero).

The news of Awaluddin's appointment as a commissioner of PT Pelni was also confirmed by the Head of the Pelni Company Secretariat Evan Eryanto. He said Awaluddin had officially joined Pelni.

"Yes, that's right (pointed) as the main commissioner," he told VOI, Tuesday, January 16.

Awaluddin's appointment was based on the Decree of the Minister of SOEs Number: SK-9/MBU/01/2024 dated January 16, 2024. The appointment of Awaluddin also filled the position previously left by Ali Masykur Musa.

"The same letter also appointed Mr. Budi Mantoro as Commissioner of Pelni," he explained.

Previously, the Ministry of SOEs as a shareholder also replaced the Director of Human Resources and General Affairs Penli from previously being filled by Rainoc to be replaced by Heri Purnomo.

The change of position of the Director of Human Resources and Umun Pelni is based on the Decree of the Minister of SOEs Number SK-6/MBU/01/2024 dated January 9, 2024.

Based on the changes mentioned above, members of the Board of Commissioners and the ranks of the Board of Directors of Pelni are as follows:

3. Commissioner: Faturohman
