Starting Tomorrow, Jabodebek LRT Fully Operates Until 22.55 WIB

JAKARTA - PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) or KAI extended the operational time of the Jabodebek LRT until 22.55 WIB.

This operational schedule adjustment will take effect tomorrow, January 16 to January 31.

Jabodebek LRT Public Relations Manager Mahendro Trang Bawono said this adjustment was made to accommodate the needs of Jabodebek LRT users.

"The additional time for this operation service answers the many requests from users who want the Jabodebek LT service time to be extended," Mahendro said in an official statement, Monday, January 15.

Selain itu, sambung Mahendro, dengan perpanjangan waktu layanan operasi ini juga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan animo dan jumlah pengguna LRT Jabodebek.

"With this adjustment, there was a change in the schedule for the first departure of RT Jabodebek from Jatimulya Station at 05.22 WIB, and the departure from Hariamukti Station at 05.30 WIB," he explained.

Meanwhile, continued Mahendro, for the final departure of RT Jabodebek from Dukuh Atas Station to 22.00 WIB for the final destination of Jatimulya Station, and at 22.05 WIB for the final destination of Hariamukti Station.

"The adjustment of this operational pattern also has an impact on the number of RT Jabodebek trips which has increased to 264 trips on weekdays (Monday-Friday) and 240 trips on weekends (Saturday-Sunday)," added Mahendro.

In addition, continued Mahendro, this adjustment of operational patterns makes the average travel time of RT Jabodebek to be 2 minutes faster.

KAI hopes that by adjusting the operational pattern of LT Jabodebek, it can meet and meet the needs of the community, especially Jabodebek LRT users.

"With this additional operational time and travel schedule, we want to meet the needs of users who not only need safe and comfortable modes of transportation, but also on time, effectively, and more reliable," said Mahendro.
