JCI Strengthened Again at the Beginning of Today's Trading, PTRO and FILM Shares Also Increased

JAKARTA - The Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG) at the opening of trading Thursday, January 11, 2024 experienced a strengthening of 23.75 points or 0.33 percent to 7,251.05 at 09.10 a.m. Western Indonesian Time (WIB) this morning.

Meanwhile, the JCI opened at 7,227.84, while the highest level for the JCI today was 7,262.19 and the lowest was 7,243.66. The total share trading volume on the IDX reached 1.93 billion, with a transaction value reaching IDR 946.16 billion. There were 215 shares rising, 171 shares falling, and 223 shares flat.

As for those who entered the Top Gainers ranks, namely PT Petrosea (PTRO) rose 120 or 2.46 percent to IDR 5,000, PT MD Picture Tbk (FILM) rose 160 or 3.33 percent to IDR 4,960 and shares of PT Amman Mineral Internasional Tbk (AMMN) rose 100 or 1.45 percent to IDR 6,875.

Meanwhile, among the top losers, PT Barito Renewable Energy Tbk (BREN) fell 75 or 1.32 percent to IDR 5,600, shares of PT Cisarua Mountain Dairy Tbk (CMRY) fell 70 or 1.72 percent to IDR 4,010. and PT Pyridam Farma Tbk (PYFA) shares fell 25 or 2.14 percent to IDR 1,145.
