PP Presisi Sukses Completed Cinere-Jagorawi Toll Road Work Section 3

JAKARTA - PT PP Presisi Tbk (PPRE) is committed to remaining focused on the civil construction service business and mining services as the company's strategy in 2024. This commitment was realized by the completion and inauguration of the Section 3 Cinere - Jagorawi Toll Road Project.

The project was carried out by PP Presisi together with its subsidiary PT LMA in the form of Operational Cooperation. The completion of the work includes Section 3A (Kakusan Krukut) STA. 11+500 15+000 and Section 3B (Kruut Limo) STA 9+314-11+500 which previously passed the Functional Feasibility Test from the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) on March 9, 2023.

The inauguration was carried out directly by the President of the Republic of Indonesia Joko Widodo and was also attended by the Minister of PUPR Basuki Hadimuljono, Minister of Transportation Budi Karya Sumadi, Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning Hadi Tjahjanto, Minister of Trade Zulkifli Hasan, TNI Commander General Agus Subiyanto, National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo, Acting Governor of West Response Bey Machmudin.

Also present from the internal PPRE was represented by the President Director of PT PP (Persero) Tbk as Novel Arsyad's parent entity, President Director of PT PP Presisi Tbk I Gede Upeksa Negara, President Commissioner of PT LMA Rully Noviadar, President Director of PT LMA Afandi Tjandra and other management.

The Cinere - Jagorawi Toll Road Project Section 3 has a contract value of IDR 1.3 trillion, with a Precision PP portion of 60.4 percent and PT LMA of 39.6 percent. The project is one of the civil construction projects of the pride of PP Presisi, where the Company becomes the Main Contractor with a scope of work including land work, pavement work, bridge & box structure work, toll gate work, drainage work to mechanical-electric work.

The Section 3 Cinere-Jagorawi Toll Road project is a very important Indonesian National Strategic Project to connect several toll roads that have been built, namely the Serpong-Cinere Toll Road, Depok-Antasari Toll Road, Cimanggis-Cibitung Toll Road and Jagorawi Toll Road, so that it will provide easy accessibility and mobility for the Jabodetabek Community to support the improvement of the community's economy by fulfilling infrastructure.

"This morning I inaugurated the Pamulang-Cinere-Raya Bogor Toll Road in Depok City, West Java Province. The operation of this toll road will provide more choices for the community, especially those living in Cibubur, Bogor, Tangerang, to reach a place at Soekarno Hatta Airport and others without the need to enter the inner-city toll road. This will facilitate the mobility of people, goods, logistics mobility which we hope will reduce congestion and the community has alternative options using a smoother road section, "said Joko Widodo, President of the Republic of Indonesia.

Meanwhile, I Gede Upeksa Negara, President Director of PT PP Presisi Tbk, thanked all parties who have worked hard in completing this project so that this project can be completed on time while still prioritizing Safety and Quality in accordance with the tar get that has been set.
