JAKARTA - Head of the Special Task Force for Upstream Oil and Gas Business Activities (SKK Migas) Dwi Soetjipto together with SKK Migas management, supervises oil lifting at several points digitally through the Integrated Operation Center (IOC) which is owned by SKK Migas.
