Appreciating The Performance Of The Ministry Of Finance, Sri Mulyani Reminds Employees To Maintain Integrity

JAKARTA - Minister of Finance (Menkeu) Sri Mulyani Indrawati reminded Ministry of Finance employees to continue to maintain integrity.

"Keep your integrity. Professionals never stop learning. So, continue to add knowledge, experience, and leadership, including in units, with stakeholders, or other parties politely, professionally, and integrity," Sri Mulyani said quoting Antara.

The Minister of Finance appreciated all levels of the Ministry of Finance, both at the central and regional levels, for their good performance during 2023 and preparations for the 2024 New Year.

Sri Mulyani said that each region has unique challenges, so it becomes a record to welcome 2024.

"The latest conditions for the economy of each region, such as Sumatra, Java, Bali-Nusra, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, and Papua-Maluku, are very proud, getting better and more coordinated," said Sri Mulyani.

The Minister of Finance added the importance of synergy that must continue to be improved, both from an internal and with all external stakeholders.

Moreover, continued the Minister of Finance, it is a difficult challenge to regulate 80,000 employees of the Ministry of Finance. He said there is a need for a system that is transparent and fair in order to create ideal conditions.

Thus, the State Treasurer hopes that all levels of the Ministry of Finance can continue to work more focusedly, strive to provide the best, and continue to develop and improve their competence in supporting fiscal policies and building Indonesia through good state financial management.

"Keep the integrity and good name of the family, the good name of yourself and also the good name of the Ministry of Finance," said Sri Mulyani.
