As A Result Of The Feeder Train Collision Car, KCIC Diverts The Hampered Passenger Schedule

JAKARTA - PT Kereta Cepat Indonesia China (KCIC) apologizes for the inconvenience felt by passengers as a result of an accident involving a feeder train or Feeder for the HIGH Speed Train with a car in Bandung, West Java.

For your information, the accident occurred between the feeder train (feeder)feeder of the Bandung-Padalarang relationship with cars at a level crossing that was not maintained in Cilame Village, Ngamprah District, West Bandung Regency, West Java, Thursday, December 14. Two people died and four others were seriously injured.

KCIC Corporate Secretary Eva Chairunisa said that as a result of the accident the Feeder train carrying 214 passengers to Padalarang was late at the station, because the train had to wait at Cimahi Station to ensure the return route was safe.

"At 13.33 WIB, the car evacuation process was completed and the Feeder train was again dispatched from Cimahi Station at 13.42 WIB, then arrived at Padalarang Station at around 13.55 WIB," Eva said through an official statement received by VOI, in Jakarta, Thursday, December 14.

As a result of this incident, said Eva, KCIC must also divert the schedule of 214 passengers of the Fast Train Who previously used the Padalarang G1232 train at 13:19 WIB, transferred to the next train trip, namely the G1234 train departing Padalarang at 14:17 WIB.

All passenger handling can be served properly and smoothly. In order to provide comfort while waiting for the next high-speed train travel schedule, these passengers are given a service recovery in the form of food and drinks," he said.

Eva said KCIC will also continue to coordinate with KAI to provide well-integrated fast train and feeder train services.

For your information, the Feeder Train is an intermodal intermodal integration service based on trains operated by KAI to connect Bandung Station and Padalarang High Speed Train Station.

To make it easier for passengers, the schedule for departures and arrivals of Feeder Trains always adjusts to the schedule for Fast Train trips at Padalarang Station.
