Papanggo Toll Gate Officially Operates, Facilitates Access To JIS

JAKARTA - The Papanggo Toll Gate, which is part of the HBR 2 (elevated) development on the Wiyoto Wiyono Toll Road section, has now officially started operating on Tuesday, December 12, 2023, starting at 00.00 WIB.

The operation of this toll gate will facilitate the mobility of people who want to access the Jakarta International Stadium (JIS).

"It is hoped that the Papanggo Toll Gate will provide convenience to residents around, including Warakas, Sunter, Papanggo and its surroundings, and can move the wheels of the economy, so that people can enjoy the existence of the Ir Wiyoto Wiyono Toll Road," said the management of the BPJT Ministry of PUPR in a written statement, quoted Wednesday, December 13.

The operation of the Papanggo Toll Gate itself is based on the Decree of the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing dated November 27, 2023, Number: 1704/KPTS/M/2023 concerning the Determination of the Operation of Ramp 1 and Ramp 2 Papanggo as part of the Cawang-Tj Priok-East Ancol Toll Road - Tiga Bridge/Pluit.

This toll gate is equipped with two transaction substations containing 1 Automatic Toll Gate (GTO) and 1 Multi Toll Gate which can be passed by all groups of vehicles.

As for the determination of the type of vehicle and the implementation of the rate for the Papanggo Toll Gate, referring to the Decree of the Minister of Public Works and Public Housing, Number: 74/KPTS/M/2022 concerning Adjustment of Toll Tariffs on the Cawang-Tomang Pluit and Cawang-Tanjung Priok-East Ancol Toll Road sections.-Tiga Bridge/Pluit.

Thus, the tariff is adjusted to other gates on the Wiyoto Wiyono Toll Road section.

For your information, the Wiyoto Wiyono Toll Road is part of the Lingkar Toll Road in the city which is integrated with the Cawang-Tomang-Pluit Toll Road.
