Progres Rumah Tapak Menteri Di IKN Nusantara Capai 42,62 Persen

JAKARTA - The Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) through the Task Force (Satgas) for the Implementation of Infrastructure Development in the Capital City of the Archipelago (IKN) revealed that the progress of the construction of the Ministerial Position Tax House at IKN has reached 42.62 percent.

"The progress of the Ministerial Position Tax House has reached 42.62 percent," said Head of the IKN Infrastructure Development Task Force Danis Sumadilaga, quoted from ANTARA, Sunday, December 10.

The Ministry of PUPR continues to accelerate the construction of the Ministerial Position Tax House in the Central Government Core Area (KIPP) of IKN.

This work is targeted to be completed in 2024, as one of the supporting infrastructures in preparation for the flag ceremony at the commemoration of the 79th Indonesian Independence Day on August 17, 2024 at IKN.

The construction of the house is carried out in parallel to the arrangement of the landscape. The reforestation and arrangement of pedestrians around the construction site are also carried out so that environmental conditions are maintained and comfortable to live in.

The Ministry of PUPR has also installed solar panels so as to maximize the use of electrical energy in residential units.

During the construction, the Ministry of PUPR requested that the existing trees not be cut down, while continuing to plant trees so that the environment remains green and beautiful.

A total of 24 units of Rumah Tapak Position Minister of Persil 104 were built on an area of 10.6 hectares. Meanwhile, the Minister of Civil Service Office of 105 as many as 12 units were built on an area of 9.1 ha. All of them are equipped with infrastructure, facilities and utilities (PSU), meubellair, as well as public facilities and social facilities.

The construction of the Ministerial Tax House is also designed to respond to topographic conditions of contouring so that it consists of 2 types of houses that follow the land contours, namely upslope and downslope types.

The type of upslope built as many as 25 units is intended for housing located on the back of the hill, with the back elevation of the house higher than the elevation of the road. While the downslope type that was built was 11 units, it was intended for residences on the slopes of the hill so that the back elevation of the house was lower than the elevation of the road.

In addition to being designed to follow the land contours so as to minimize cut and fill, the Ministerial Tax House is also designed to be responsive to climate and disaster. The Smart Design Building system is also implemented with 100 percent access to the internet and wi-fi so that it becomes an integrated smart area.
