Tickets For The New Nataru Holiday Period Sold 25 Percent Of The 2.4 Million Provided

JAKARTA - PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) or KAI recorded that the tickets for the 2023 Christmas and New Year 2024 (Nataru) holidays had only been sold as much as 25 percent of the total tickets provided were 2.4 million.

KAI itself stipulates that the Christmas and New Year's Transport (Nataru) period will take place from December 21, 2023 to January 7, 2024.

KAI's VP of Public Relations, Joni Martinus, said that as of today at 09.00 WIB, the train tickets that have been sold are 600,845 tickets or 25 percent of the total available tickets.

The total number of tickets available is 2,436,520 tickets. This number will continue to grow because sales are still ongoing. People can immediately book tickets because the Nataru train tickets are still quite widely available," said Joni, Friday, December 1.

Of the total sold as many as 600,845 tickets, the Bengawan train (KA 245) of the Purwosari-Pasar Senen connection has become the most favorite route so far with 18,415 tickets sold.

Then, the Airlangga train (KA 235) of the Surabaya Pasarturi-Pasar Senen relation sold 18,334 tickets. Then, the Bengawan train (KA 246) for the Senen-Purwosari Market connection sold 18,224 tickets.

KA Airlangga (KA 236) relation Pasar Senen-Surabaya Pasarturi totaled 17,110 tickets. KA Kahuripan (KA 237) connection Blitar-Kiaracondong as many as 14,499 tickets and KA Kahuripan (KA 238) connection Kiaracondong-Blitar as many as 13,922 tickets," said Joni.

Furthermore, Joni said, the next position was the Sri Tanjung (KA 241) Ketapang-Lempang connection with 11,823 tickets sold. Meanwhile, the Sri Tanjung (KA 242) train for the Lempuyangan-Ketapang connection was 11,614 tickets.
