Wika Building Wins New Contract Of IDR 3.32 Trillion Until October 2023

JAKARTA - PT Wijaya Karya Bangunan Gedung Tbk (WEGE) has won a new contract of IDR 3.32 trillion until October 2023.

In detail, the composition of the new contract acquisition consists of 12.38 percent office, 25.69 percent public facilities, 2.25 percent commercial, and 56.96 percent reverse, from external projects of 99.96 percent and 0.04 percent internal projects.

The new contracts include the housing of ASN IKN, the construction of the MKGI Education Building & Laboratory (Centre of Excellence) - BMKG, Sky House Alam Sutera, Design and Build Modern Office Jakarta, and the West Papua Office Building.

Next, the construction of the East Jakarta Youth Center & Sports Center (GOR) West Cakung, renovation of the Cianjur Health and Worship Facilities, and the construction of the XV ITB Labtek Building.

Then, there is the construction of Office Houses & Social Facilities in West Papua, Interior Renovation of Pertamina Central Hospital, Muhammadiyah University Malang, Hotel Ombilin Padang, and the decoration work of Sky House Alam Sutera Project Phase 2.

President Director of WEGE Hadian Pramudita said, with the achievement of the new contract, the government's composition contribution was 84.67 percent, BUMN 5.07 percent, and from the private sector at 10.26 percent.

"This achievement shows that the concession business and the modular industry, which are part of the company's business strategy (backward & forward), succeeded in supporting the company's revenue," Hadian said in an online Public Expose Live, Wednesday, November 29.

From this achievement, the construction segment contributed to WEGE's revenue of Rp1.48 trillion or grew 39.10 percent on an annual basis or year on year (yoy) compared to the previous year, which was Rp1.06 trillion.

Meanwhile, the modular industry segment contributed Rp118.01 billion or grew 21.07 percent yoy compared to the previous year, amounting to Rp97.48 billion.

"And the concession segment contributed Rp30.65 billion or grew 24.59 percent compared to the previous year's Rp24.60 billion," he said.
