JAKARTA - The Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs (Kemenkop UKM) program, namely, Entrepreneur Development 2023, has now entered the networking day stage which brings together 50 selected entrepreneurs with strategic partners consisting of 10 ministries or institutions and 50 stakeholders.
"Through this activity, it is hoped that opportunities for cooperation between strategic partners will be created regarding financing, legality, digital marketing, market expansion, and product development in the context of business sustainability in accordance with entrepreneurial needs," said Deputy for Entrepreneurship at the Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises, Siti Azizah, in a written statement received by VOI, Monday, October 6.
Deputy Siti Azizah assessed that the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs had evolved the program from initially being a place to exchange experiences into a place to achieve short-term targets for business scale-up.
Networking Day participants themselves have gone through a series of programs starting in February 2023 with the initial participants being 2,300 entrepreneurs.
The aim of organizing Networking Day is to connect entrepreneurs with strategic partners in accordance with business sustainability needs and create a greater multiplier effect for the environment and social with the target of developing innovative, creative, technology-based, sustainable entrepreneurs and creating jobs, as well as increasing the national entrepreneurship ratio.
From this networking day, an entrepreneurial sustainability initiative was established with several strategic partners involved, including financing aspects with Bank Nano Syariah (Sinarmas Group), Bank BJB, Alami Group, Bizhare, and Aspire.
Then, there is the legal aspect with Legal Contracts and the digital marketing aspect with Maybe Try Digital.
Next, the market expansion aspect with Pendopo-Kawan Lama, Evermos, Parahyangan University, Indonesian Information and Communication Technology Creative Industries Society (MIKTI), Telkomsel Corporate Accelerator (TINC), as well as the Business & Export Development Organization (BEDO), Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology, Pepito Supermarket, Artisan Brand Management AMATI Indonesia, as well as PT Iam Jaya Perkasa, Kumpul, and Andalin.

Siti Azizah said that the 50 entrepreneurs selected by Networking Day had the advantage of being innovative entrepreneurs in the agribusiness, services, and technology, and crafts sectors. They do a showcase and business presentation and then take part in the selection.
