Reshuffle Of The Board Of Directors Of Pupuk Indonesia, Erick Thohir Appoints Gusrizal As Deputy Director

JAKARTA - Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) Erick Thohir carried out an overhaul of the directors of PT Pupuk Indonesia (Persero). It was recorded that there were four positions that were reshuffled in the composition of Pupuk Indonesia's directors.

The Ministry of SOEs appointed Gusrizal as Deputy President Director. Gisrizal previously occupied the position of Marketing Director of Pupuk Indonesia.

Then, appointed Wono Budi Tjahyono as Finance Director of PT Pupuk Indonesia (Persero). Wono previously served as Director of Finance and Risk Management of Pupuk Indonesia.

Subsequently appointed Tri Wahyudi Saleh as Marketing Director of PT Pupuk Indonesia (Persero). Tri previously served as President Director of PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang.

As well as appointing Ninis Kesuma Adriani as Director of Risk Management of PT Pupuk Indonesia (Persero). Ninis previously served as Director of Finance and Operations of PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM).

This is stated in the Decree of the Minister of SOEs No. SK-303/MBU/11/2023 concerning Dismissal, Changes to the Nomenclature of Positions, Transfer of Tasks and Appointment of Members of the Board of Directors of the Company (Persero) PT Pupuk Indonesia.

In the Decree of the Minister of SOEs No. SK-303/MBU/11/2023 also confirmed the honorable dismissal of Mr. Nugroho Christijanto, whose term of office as Deputy President Director has expired.

SVP Secretary of the Indonesian Fertilizer Company, Wijaya Laksana, on behalf of the management, expressed his gratitude to Nugroho Christijanto for his service which has brought Pupuk Indonesia to a good performance.

"We congratulate all new board of directors, we and all staff and staff are ready to support and realize Pupuk Indonesia to become a Go Global company according to the direction of SOE Minister Erick Thohir," said Wijaya, quoted on Friday, November 3.

In the Decree of the Minister of SOEs No. SK-303/MBU/11/2023 changed the nomenclature of the position of a member of the Board of Directors of the Company (Persero) PT Pupuk Indonesia, which was originally Director of Finance and Risk Management, to Director of Finance and Director of Risk Management.

With this change, the following is the Board of Directors of PT Pupuk Indonesia (Persero):

1. President Director - Rahmad Pribadi

2. Deputy President Director - Gusrizal

3. Production Director - Bob Indiarto

4. Finance Director - Wono Budi Tjahyono

5. Director of Business Transformation - Panji Winanteya Ruky

6. Director of Human Resources - Tina T Kemala Intan

7. Marketing Director - Tri Wahyudi Saleh

8. Director of Portfolio and Business Development - Jamsaton Nababan

9. Risk Management Director - Ninis Kesuma Adriani
