Puradelta Lestari Achieves Marketing Sales Of IDR 1.37 Trillion In The Third Quarter Of 2023

JAKARTA Developers of the integrated area of Deltamas City, PT Puradelta Lestari Tbk (DMAS), won pre-sales or marketing sales of IDR 1.37 trillion in the first nine months of 2023. This amount is approximately 76.16 percent of the marketing sales target in 2023 of IDR 1.8 trillion.

DMAS Director and Secretary Tondy Suwanto said the achievement of the first nine months of 2023 was still dominated by land sales in the industrial sector, in addition to sales of residential and commercial products.

"In the first nine months of 2023, the Company managed to sell around 39.10 hectares of industrial land," he said in his official statement, Monday, October 16.

According to Tondy, the data center industry sector is still a favorite sector in the sale of industrial land for this period. "About half of the sales of industrial land in the first nine months of 2023, came from the data center industry sector," he said.

Furthermore, Tondy said that the demand for industrial land from the data center is still quite large. From the demand for industrial land covering an area of 90 hectares, 30 percent - 35 percent is a request from the data center sector.

In the midst of increasing economic and industrial activity in the City of Deltamas, the Company is also developing residential areas and commercial areas.

Tondy said the presence of AEON Mall Deltamas which will operate in early 2024 is an attraction for the commercial sector. With an area of 20 hectares, AEON Mall Deltamas will be the best commercial area in accommodating the needs of public spaces, as well as supporting live, work, and play activities for its residents.

In addition, DMAS continues to improve infrastructure facilities and easy access to the City of Deltamas. The addition of new Jakarta-Cikampek (Japek) II toll access, precisely at Km 31 and the Japek I toll road at Km 42 which will be integrated directly with the Transit Oriented Development (TOD) Kotawana Station as part of the Jakarta Bandung high-speed train, is an effort to realize Kota Deltamas as an environmentally friendly modern integrated area and as a regional activity center in eastern Jakarta.
