President Director of Ada Kami Bernardino Moningka Vega explained that his company has a fairly strict surveillance scheme to oversee DC's work.

Furthermore, Bernardino said, if DC roughly collects customers, then the number used can be reported to Ada Kami's customer.

In addition, Bernardino said, Ada We also have supervisors in charge of supervising DC.

If DC violates the SOP determined by the company, it will be given a certificate (SP).

"We also have supervisors who he can see, we also have keywords that violate the AFPI's determination. So later the supervisor will ask, 'What did you say to the customer'. If it's recorded, we will act. The level of violation is that we already have a SOP, whether he was given SP1 or SP2 until he was dismissed," he said.
