V2 Indonesia Together With APTIKNAS Becomes A PInation To Introduce A Hologram Communication Technology Platform At The Indonesia International Smart City Expo & Forum 2023

JAKARTA - Indonesia's V2 which focuses on leading digital technology pioneers (Leading Tech Provider) again shows self-expression by collaborating and showing a series of the latest technologies at the Integrated Technology Event (ITE) 2023 Integrated Technology Event (INTE) held at the Jakarta International Expo, Kemayoran, Jakarta.

This ITE event integrates Smart City support sectors starting from clean water management, waste management, security system management, fire protection, and smart transportation systems to various exhibitions, such as Indo Water, Indo Waste, Indo Renergy, Indo Security, Indo Firex, and Indonesia International Smart City 2023 Expo & Forum (IISMEX).

Officially opened by the Minister of Home Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia, Tito Karnavian, ITE 2023 is the result of the collaboration of the Ministry of Home Affairs through the Directorate General of Regional Administration Development together with PT Napindo Media Ashatama (Napindo) and the National Information and Communication Technology Entrepreneurs Association (APTIKNAS), which specifically focuses on supporting IISMEX 2023 by spearheading the implementation of Smart Nation with the concept of building 6 pillars of technology, namely Smart City, Cloud Computing, Artificial Intelligence, CyberSecurity, Block Chain, and Hardware. This is done to complement various information, technology and business solutions for the development of Smart City in Indonesia.

In this activity, Minister of Home Affairs Tito Karnavian specifically visited the Indonesian V2 booth which together with APTIKNAS presented the first hologram communication platform in the country as evidence that V2 Indonesia is always at the forefront of implementing various latest technologies to realize the implementation of smart cities. This technology is a Hologram Proto which creates a realistic volumetric video experience in 4K resolutions, which can be used in business activities, education, entertainment, health, retail, and telecommunications.

Proto sendiri telah menjadi berita utama global bagi para eksekutif, atlet, pengaman, pendidikan, dan artis di seluruh dunia untuk menjalin hubungan yang lebih dalam, sambil menghematkan waktu dan uang, serta mengurangi kerusakan berkbon. Proto adalah perangkat hologram pertama plug & play, berkemas manusia dan yang terbaru Proto juga merilis Proto M yang memiliki desain yang lebih concise dan membuatnya mudah disandingkan di atas perangan kantor atau di ruang kerja di rumah Anda. Sebelumnya V2 Indonesia sendiri telah memperkenalkan teknologi ini kepada market Indonesia pada Oktober 2022.

Urban Intermediary Expert Directorate General of Regional Administration of the Ministry of Home Affairs, Gensly Bachtiar said collaboration with all stakeholders in smart urban management known as smart cities is useful for improving the best service for the community.

"One of the elements is the use of technology. This collaboration is in line with PP 59 of 2022 regulations on urban areas," Gensly said, quoted on Thursday, September 7.

Furthermore, he said, urban management can certainly collaborate with the business world in terms of technology use. Rudi Hidayat CEO V2 Indonesia added, V2 Indonesia and APTIKNAS are proud to be able to introduce hologram technology to the government sector. It is hoped that this technology will be able to provide benefits for future government needs.
